The Court has approved the distribution of the Net Settlement Fund to claimants whose Proofs of Claim have been accepted.

On or about September 24, 2010 distribution checks were mailed to all Authorized Claimants that qualified. There were approximately 2,422 valid Proof of Claim forms submitted, representing total Recognized Claims of approximately $41 million. The Net Settlement Fund available for distribution was approximately $1.9 million. Accordingly, each Authorized Claimant has been paid approximately 4.6% of his, her or its Recognized Claim.
